Announcement from the Directors at Photo-Sonics International Ltd

The Directors and staff of Photo-Sonics International are saddened to report the untimely death of our Managing Director, Michael Le Pelley, on Thursday August 27 2020.

In the 30 plus years that Mike has served in various roles within the company he became a well-known and respected figure in the close-knit aerospace testing community. His achievements in introducing a new and innovative high speed camera as well video and data recording equipment is on record.

Mike was a passionate sportsman and Rugby fan and could often be seen at his local Rugby club on a Saturday afternoon. He also enjoyed playing golf and more recently enjoyed time spent hiking in Snowdonia national park.

Due to his strong leadership over the last 13 years as Managing Director Mike leaves Photo-Sonics International in a strong and positive position, well prepared to meet the challenges of this industry.

Mike is survived by his wife Donna, daughter Danielle and sons Todd and Ben. Due to the current restrictions a small service will be held for Mike’s family and closest friends on 21st September at 11.30am, this will be held at Watermead Crematorium in Aylesbury, UK.

All our sympathy and thoughts go out to them at this very unhappy and difficult time.
